A bad day for freedom of speech

British adults who tell other adults that they have tobacco for sale will now go to prison.   Warning them of the health risks, providing a pure product, paying punitive taxes, and only selling to people who ask, will be no defence.

A good one for the nanny state

People who don't want to smoke, but can't resist when they see a cowboy, have temptation removed.   So that's alright then.
