The Blidworth Druid stone

This is a lump of cemented glacial gravel standing on a base of the Nottingham Castle Sandstone. (The Bunter Pebble Beds)

A hole has been cut through the middle which a child could pass through.   This may be the origin of the name Rickett Lane.  In ancient times mothers allegedly brought their children here to pass them through the hole as a supposed protection against rickets.
