2 miles - join Oxford canal at Isis lock

Portage left

5 miles - Wolvercote lock

6.5 miles - Junction with Duke's cut

Turn left just before Duke's lock into Dukes cut.  

6.6 miles - Railway bridge and shallow lock.

7.5 miles - T junction 

You have a choice

Turn left down Pixey Mead

8 miles - A34 bridge

Weir.  Wolvercote paper mill left.

Portage right.  Tricky relaunch down muddy bank.

8.5 miles Godstow bridge. 

Low ledge. 

9 miles - Trout Inn

Rejoin main river Thames.

Turn right along Dukes cut

8.5 miles Junction with river Thames

Turn right and paddle up stream for access to Kings lock.
