United Architects is a consortium of young architects from Los Angeles, Holland, London and New York.  Their concept would be a huge interlinked building complex.   Although not quite as tall as Foster's it would still be the tallest building in the world, and the overall size would be much larger.    The idea is to build a cathedral of light around the footprints.
